Job Description
Title: Process Engineer
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 24+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $30-37.95/hr.
Position Summary:
As a Process Engineer I, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes that produce advanced technology products. Working under the direction of a Senior Engineer or Manager, you will contribute to new product introductions, process development, cost reduction initiatives, equipment validation, and capital justifications. This role requires strong analytical skills and close collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with quality and safety standards.
