The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting chemical processes that support oil and gas extraction, refining, and transportation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in process simulation, safety, and systems integration to support project execution across various stages from concept through commissioning. Key Responsibilities Develop process simulations and calculations for equipment sizing, heat and mass balance, and process flow diagrams using industry-standard tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, ProMax, Petro-SIM). Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, process datasheets, line lists, control philosophies, and operating manuals. Perform detailed design of oil and gas process systems, including separation, gas treatment, dehydration, sweetening, and flare systems.
