Responsibilities
+ Lead small process improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and overall process stability.
+ Provide effective troubleshooting and support for manufacturing processes, responding promptly to production issues and manufacturing needs.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and equipment, ensuring they integrate smoothly into existing operations.
