Within our FLEX (Fast Lean Execution) team, we deliver small to mid‑scale projects with high agility, rapid turnaround, and lean execution. Our work spans Canada, the United States, and Australia, supporting clients with debottlenecking initiatives, MOCs, facility improvements, and other project needs.
