Job Description
6/8 Process Engineer, Epitaxy Responsibilities
- Perform fault detection improvement in different process and equipment types.
- Learn Fault Detection Control methodology and use analytic software to improve process and equipment control.
- Study process characteristics and analyse monitoring strategy setup and data trends to optimize control limits and monitoring method (e.g. develop new strategy).
- Develop fault detection improvement roadmap and drive its implementation with process and equipment engineers.
- Optimization data mining process and lead digitalization improvement programs.
- Wafer fabrication process
