Process Engineer, Epitaxy

• Perform fault detection improvement in different process and equipment types.
• Learn Fault Detection Control methodology and use analytic software to improve process and equipment control.
• Study process characteristics and analyse monitoring strategy setup and data trends to optimize control limits and monitoring methods (e.g., develop new strategy).
• Develop fault detection improvement roadmap and drive its implementation with process and equipment engineers.
• Optimize data mining processes and lead digitalization improvement programs.
