Description
+ We are looking for a hands-on person to work in the coating application area of the facility.
+ The person will take improvement ideas from conception to implementation.
+ Will work on capital projects from justification, specification, purchasing, installation to debugging. Equipment involved is mixing, roll coating, curtain coating, silk screening, ovens, and environmental controls.
+ Write ISO procedures and instructions including APQP.
+ Direct and lead improvement teams
+ Most coatings are developed at division level, but the person must be able to understand, implement, and improve them as necessary.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ BS in Chemical Engineering or BS in Mechanical Engineering with Chemical minor.
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - able to communicate with internal and external groups
+ Proven Computer skills in Windows based programs and...
