The Process Engineer is responsible for monitoring manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and compliance, analyzing performance metrics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes through data-driven decision making and Lean manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and improve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify and lead process improvement projects based on KPI analysis. Drive cost-reduction and productivity-improvement initiatives. Apply Lean manufacturing methodologies, including: Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) Continuous Improvement/Kaizen (PDCA) 5S SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) Value Stream Mapping Waste elimination techniques Conduct product performance trials and Design of Experiments (DOE).
