What youll do: Inspect machines & fixtures to ensure quality standards Install & commission equipment as per layout Run trials & capability studies to meet QCD targets Prepare process documentation and train operators Conduct Alpha, Beta & QP trials and standardize improvements Develop new fixtures/tools and support process improvements Assist in audits & reviews and solve customer problems CREO , CREO VIEW knowledge Requirements IMMEDIATE JOINERS Key Goals: Achieve cycle time as per process design Ensure machine capability with minimal rework Deliver trial components on schedule Drive process improvement initiatives
