Job Description
Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.
Role and Responsibilities- Monitor the existing production process; particular attention is placed on products with history of problems.
- Responsible for establishing processing conditions for existing production equipment and improving production efficiency for plastics compounding.
- Develop new production process methods based on their application and formulation.
- Resolve production problems involving process procedures by effectively integrating with Manufacturing and Technology.
- Conduct plant trials to qualify new process and scale up sample process to production units.
