+ Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team for multiple projects.
+ Work under the supervision of a more senior process engineer to:
+ Develop the heat and material balance for new projects using process simulation tools. Perform equipment sizing calculations and prepare equipment data sheets.
+ Perform detailed hydraulic calculations to determine pipe sizes, control valve sizing, compressor and pump duties, etc.
+ Perform facility overpressure protection calculations, PSV sizing, and documentation with supervision.
+ Develop Design Basis for new projects.
+ Develop Process Control Narrative document and support Cause & Effect document.
+ Create process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
+ Participate in safety reviews, HAZOP/PHAs and PSM activities.
