Summary
- The Process Development Manager will lead process development and continuous improvement for Valmet's Automation Solutions across global, cross‑functional teams.
- Key responsibilities include owning the Automation Solutions management system, leading global Process Owners, planning audits, facilitating improvement initiatives, and managing the development project portfolio.
- Required qualifications include a Master's in industrial engineering or similar, knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, experience in process development and Lean, strong communication and documentation skills, and professional English.
