At Itera Mobility Engineering , we are seeking a Process Development Engineer with expertise in covering to join our automotive engineering team.

This project requires support in our client´s plant at Czech republic, so travel availability is a must.

Main functions to develop:

• Development and optimization of lamination and covering processes for industrial and/or automotive components.
• Definition of process parameters, work instructions, and operating standards.
• Participation in the industrialization of new products and project launches.
• Coordination of validation testing for materials, adhesives, films, coatings, and covering processes.
• Monitoring and improvement of production KPIs: quality, scrap, efficiency, OEE, cycle times, and productivity.
