1. Design process flow
2. Preparation of PFMEA
3. Design the holding fixtures, Gauges, tools, Material Handling, testing
4. Selection of Standard tools, equipment’s, testing resources for manufacturing
5. Development, Procurement & proving of designed resources
6. Preparation of process documents as per Quality system
7. Execution & documentation of all activities with adherence to EHS procedures
8. Planning & execution of continual Improvement activities within time frame
9. Focus on the activities related to the customer requirements
