Job Description
・Design and develop production processes for manufacturing operations.
・Design and improve jigs, fixtures, and metal dies to support efficient production.
・Analyze manufacturing requirements and create optimal process flow layouts.
・Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to improve productivity and product quality.
・Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement corrective actions.
・Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities and production line setup.
・Conduct process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives.
