Key Accountabilities
Assessment of the effect of various control components on loop performance
Troubleshooting control problems and control loop tuning
Modeling physical systems
Documenting analysis of plant dynamics which have been simulated
Providing advice and maintaining software governance
Testing and designing instrumentation and control components and control systems
Assessing Software Categorization in accordance with OPG Governance and CSA standards.
Qualifications 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical, Process or other related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience working in a process control/software categorization engineering role
