Process Control Engineer (Systems)

The Process Control Engineer (Systems) develops, deploys, and sustains Micron’s Process Control Systems (PCS) across Assembly & Test manufacturing. This role supports:

• SPACE Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Applied Materials E3: Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) and Run to Run (R2R)
• MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MESCentral, and MAM (Manufacturing Application Management)
• RMS (Recipe Management Systems)

The position works closely with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Automation/IT, Manufacturing, and Global Quality to ensure proactive control, strong governance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1) PCS Systems Ownership

• Configure and sustain Applied E3 Process Control (Trace, UVA, models, alarms, data health).
• Build and maintain SPACE SPC charts, limits, and automated reactions.
