Job Description
Job Requirement Analytical Laboratory:
- Process control (Eg. Production parameter control)
- Quality control (Eg. Finished goods periodical testing)
- Familiar with the operations/technique of analytical instruments
- R&D of new processes on a lab-scale
- Maintain and control of laboratory analytical and testing records
- Perform First-Article testing for new customers or parts, prior to mass production
- Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
- Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Lead investigations for recovery action on any non-conformity
- Control of chemical logistics for entirety of production
