Qualifications
- Lead process chain definition from concept phase to industrialization for rotor manufacturing.
- Define and standardize manufacturing process chains for eDrive products.
- Evaluate process alternatives regarding cost, robustness, maturity and scalability.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure manufacturable product designs.
- Drive process chain optimization through standardization and building-set utilization.
- Conduct make-or-buy analysis and manufacturing cost evaluations.
- Identify innovative manufacturing technologies and support technology roadmap development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization.
- Strong knowledge of rotor manufacturing technologies and production processes.<...
