Process Associate/Expert, GBS Customer Service and Support

Job Purpose*

This position is responsible for handling more challenging work in logistics documentation, which includes but not limited to new hire mentoring, new requirement implementation, reports management, process improvement, and super back-up in the team etc.

Roles & Responsibilities*

• Handle more complex origins and tasks in the team.
• Super back-up in the team when workload increases, or HC is in short.
• Pilot to handle new system, new requirement, new process and projects.
• Coach new hires on operation knowledge and skill.
• Assist team lead to monitor daily operation status.
• Professional and comprehensive in account knowledge for all regions. Seek improvement opportunities, do case sharing and organize trainings to team.
• Initiate lean projects to improve process and efficiency and share with team.
