Job Description
The Process Analyst drives process excellence by leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role oversees the end-to-end execution of the Process Excellence Program, ensuring measurable and sustainable operational impact. Beyond process improvement, the Officer leads and supports cross-functional initiatives by applying strong project and change management practices to ensure timely delivery, effective risk management, and seamless adoption of new processes and systems across the organization
Process Excellence:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Process Excellence Program using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Coach participants on improvement initiatives (Quick Wins and complex projects).
