Job Description
Pro Shop Associate
- Greet golfers in our pro shop, check them in, and process payments for golf and merchandise
- Answer the pro shop line and book tee times, and enter golfers' data in the system
- Use the POS system to check in golfers and process payments
- Able to communicate with golfers and understand golf terminology
- Aware of the rules and etiquette of golf
- Familiar with golf clothing, equipment and merchandise to sell to customers
- Product knowledge of the different types of golf balls, gloves, and clothing
- Able to work 3-5 shifts per week from April to November
- Shifts are 6 am - 2 pm, 1 pm - 9 pm, 10 am - 4 pm.
- Prior golf or retail experience preferred
- Must be punctual
- Must enjoy working with people
- Must be able to work on weekends
