Job Description
Job Title: Sales Administrator- Manufacturing Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager Purpose of Role: Support the sales team and company at large to achieve their cash flow targets and ensure that customer queries are acted upon expeditiously in order to achieve the company’s long-term goal of being the preferred container glass supplier in Eastern Africa.
Top Accountabilities: Overall responsibility for growing sundry revenue streams.
Generate quotations for existing and potential customers
Process customer orders and track delivery status
Generate pre-shipment & commercial documents for export sales
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Daily Updating of customer stocks in a spreadsheet and sharing with all stakeholders.
Attend to sales enquiries and follow through to conclusion
Coordinate with warehouse, QA, and logistics for stock availability and dispatch
