In your role, directly reporting to the Director of Fund Operations, you'll be instrumental in managing fund accounting processes for private equity funds. Your duties will involve preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance while collaborating with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual accounts for internal entities
• Review corporate processes during quarter-end and year-end
• Execute management fee calculations and accruals
• Liaise with auditors and support Fund Managers
• Oversee compliance reporting and performance calculations
Requirements:
• CPA preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience
