This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate with at least 4 years’ PQE to join its Private Client team in Inverness. This is a newly created role in a highly regarded team, and you will be involved in all aspects of private client work, including:

Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Executory administration.

Trust creation and administration.

Tax planning.

To be considered You should have strong private client experience and ideally, experience in rural businesses. Also, you should have achieved STEP Membership or be willing to work towards achieving this accreditation. This position is full-time with a clear career path.
