Printer Field Technician (On-Site Technical Support)
FAITHM Printers & Services is seeking a dependable and technically skilled Printer Field Technician responsible for providing on-site technical service, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for printers deployed to client locations.
The role supports the company’s Managed Print Service (MPS) program , ensuring printers installed at corporate and SME client sites operate reliably and efficiently.
The technician will work directly with clients, diagnose equipment issues, and ensure service requests are completed within the company’s service standards.
