Support daily procurement operations by executing essential purchasing tasks, maintaining vendor communication, and ensuring timely order processing.

+ Essential Job Functions

• Issue and maintain purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
• Review BOMs and artwork files for accuracy.
• Maintain procurement trackers and update order statuses.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Escalate discrepancies related to BOMs, pricing, or artwork.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Graphics, AMs) to resolve order issues.
• Assist in inventory checks and component creation requests.
• Participate in daily team meetings to review pending orders and priorities.
• ECM (Invoice/AP) issue closure for own orders and colleagues when necessary
• Obtain pricing and maintain price books as needed under direction from Sr. Buyer
