Job Description
• Deliver customer SLA requirements (document printing, assembly and finishing).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs
• Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
• Operate basic production equipment (printers, copiers, score/fold/cut machines)
• Clean and maintain office & equipment when necessary. Process basic forms and update information using a PC
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies as required - Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run - specific application training may be required and provided
Utilize a job board to track incoming production jobs
