What You Will Do

The Project Planning and Controls specialist will support the operations of RTX's new Coyote program factory located in the Tawazun Industrial Park (TIP). This role ensures end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling and control activities enabling the project to meet its time, budget and reporting requirements. The role will be part of the Project Management Office supporting and implementing a validated program controls system.

• Manage and maintain the program schedule, budget, and forecasts on behalf of the Program Manager.
• Provide support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Oversee and manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects and liaise between project management, planning project team and line management.
