As a Principal Technical Program Manager on the core team, you will define and frame ambiguous, undefined problem spaces across Prime Video's AI landscape , driving clarity where business objectives and technical strategy have not yet been articulated. You may not know what the problem is before starting. You will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and launch of transformation programs that span multiple organizations across Prime Video, Amazon Entertainment, and adjacent Amazon businesses. You will influence architectural decisions and resource allocation at the VP+ level, serving as a strategic advisor who shapes investment decisions and multi-year technology roadmaps.
