Responsibilities
As a Principal Test Engineer, drive the evaluation, development, and deployment of advanced semiconductor test technologies across Nexperia’s global manufacturing network.
Act as a subject matter expert, identify emerging technologies, benchmark industry best practices, and lead strategic initiatives that improve test capability, quality, efficiency, and long‑term manufacturing competitiveness.
Provide strategic leadership for external manufacturing test operation releases, drive end‑to‑end readiness for wafer test and final test processes, define test strategies, and ensure robust test data connectivity to Nexperia systems and infrastructure.
Evaluate RFQ proposals from subcontractors with business groups and serve as the technical authority and SME for subcontractor engagements.
Ensure successful installation and qualification of consigned equipment.
