One MHS is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the enterprise technology portfolio for a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing and material handling organization, defining and driving the strategy for how enterprise tools and systems must evolve to meet operational needs at scale.
In the near term, this role leads two interconnected workstreams: (1) enterprise change management for One MHS onboarding to a new ERP platform, and (2) strategic program management of internal technology enablement partnerships. These workstreams are the foundation of a broader mandate: building and owning the enterprise technology strategy that enables One MHS to scale manufacturing operations reliably, efficiently, and with the systems maturity required for long-term growth.
