The Amazon Benefits Technology (BXT) team designs, deploys and manages the administration of financial, education, health, and wellness benefits and equity programs on behalf of Amazonians and their families worldwide. Our technology enables BXT business partners to design and negotiate new plans, delivering value for employees and reducing Amazon's cost to serve.
The Benefits Experience Tools and Services (BETS) organization within BXT is launching A to Z Family in 2026—a transformational initiative that will establish Amazon's company-wide family relationship platform, serving as the trusted source of truth for 500K+ family members (spouses, partners, and children) across the enterprise. This is not a single-organization solution—it is foundational infrastructure that multiple Amazon organizations will depend on, each with distinct technical requirements and product needs.
