Job Description
Responsibilities MaxLinear Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal System Validation Engineer to lead validation efforts for cutting-edge Ethernet PHY and switch systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system-level validation, electrical verification, high-speed I/O (HSIO) characterization, and other interfaces validation. In this role, your focus will be:
- Lead system validation activities for Ethernet PHY and switch products across multiple development phases
- Perform electrical verification and HSIO (USXGMII/XFI) characterization including signal integrity, jitter analysis, and eye diagram measurements
- Validate power consumption across various operating modes and system configurations
- Develop and execute validation plans for interfaces such as SPI, I2C, MDIO, and others
