Job Summary
:The ServiceNow Demand Intake and Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end demand intake process for ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring requests are properly evaluated, prioritized, and aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves coordinating projects through their lifecycle, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery, and adherence to defined objectives. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage both demand intake and project coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Demand Intake Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for ServiceNow demand intake.
Assist in managing and tracking incoming requests for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
Assist in maintaining the demand intake register, ensuring all requests are appropriately logged, categorized, and updated.
Project Management
