The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be hands-on Business Developer & Recruiter. You’ll strategically develop new client accounts across the Finance market in the Netherlands. As well as, expertly sourcing, interviewing and qualifying top talent in the Dutch market.
Relationship building and management is key, as you’ll support clients and candidates through selection, interview and offer stages.
