Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking a Principal Project Manager, Horizontal Operations to drive process optimization, well-managed delivery, and project management across various horizontal functions on our team (budget, vendor, and risk management). 

We are looking for someone who can effectively work across multiple partner teams to drive key outcomes (ie. program delivery leads, platform owners, learning leaders). As part of the Horizontal Operations team, this person could support our budget, risk management, and vendor operations functions (depending on need and current focus). They will support the creation and maintenance of key artifacts including process documents, socialization decks, budget trackers, and year-over-year forecasts.
