**Overview**
**Microsoft Advertising** is building the systems that help sales teams, business leaders, finance partners, and product teams understand performance, manage monetization, and operate the business with confidence. Within Microsoft AI Monetization, we are hiring **two Principal Product Managers** to lead distinct but connected areas of the advertising business: **Data & Reporting** and **Billing & Monetization Platform** .
The **Data & Reporting** role will own the reporting foundation across Search, Display and Video, and Acquisitions. Sales teams and leaders rely on reporting to run the business, but today the portfolio is supported through a mix of systems and part-time ownership. This role will bring dedicated product leadership to create a more unified, reliable view of performance, reduce time spent reconciling data, and help leaders identify risks and opportunities faster.
