Process Integration Engineer, GaN MMICs (Principal / Sr.Principal)
This is an individual contributor position on a team
collectively responsible for managing all aspects of GaN MMIC wafer fabrication
at MACOM’s Lowell semiconductor fab. Specific responsibilities include
contributing to new technology development, ramping nascent technologies to
full-rate production, and sustaining and improving mature technologies
supporting existing products. Regular tasks include directing process
experiments to optimize performance or reliability, participating in
cross-departmental NPI reviews, monitoring in-line data of active lots, and
identifying and resolving excursions impacting yield. This person will act as a
technical expert and point of contact for the fabrication of GaN MMICs
