Drive technical leadership and platform engineering strategy for Novo Nordisk DataCore Platform.Define and implement engineering standards, reusable patterns, and platform best practices.Lead architecture decisions across AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Databricks.Ensure secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant platform solutions.Establish Infrastructure as Code and automation best practices.Support and enable Data Mesh aligned platform capabilities.Collaborate with security, governance, and enterprise architecture teams.Mentor senior engineers and strengthen engineering excellence across teams.Influence platform evolution and technical decision-making across global stakeholders.Ensure compliance to our quality management system.
