Job Description
Job Purpose
Develop, review and implement the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) NRM models, programs and applications, including Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) model and application, Accident Management Program (AMP) and Severe Accident Analysis (SAA) program for BNPP to ensure that all requirements regarding scope and quality are met with the agreed timelines, in adherence with the regulations of the Federal Authority Nuclear Regulation (FANR).
PRA Model
- Design, review and implement PRA model as-operated to meet regulatory requirements for Operating License Application (OLA) and ensure the safety of BNPP against severe accident.
- Identify event trees and fault trees based on plant‑specific design and operation conditions to respond to Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulations (FANR) Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) and support various PRA applications.
