**Responsibilities**

As a **Principal Engineer, Technical Support** within the **PowerMax Support** organization, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced technical expertise and resolving complex issues across Dell's enterprise storage portfolio. You will collaborate with enterprise customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support mission-critical storage environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.
