This hybrid role bridges business analysis and quality assurance to ensure Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud solutions meet business needs, support realworld field execution, and are delivered with high quality. The BQA serves as a domain expert and quality gatekeeper, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define clear acceptance criteria and validate solutions end to end.
