Key responsibilities in your new role
- Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement:
- Develop and execute comprehensive cost reduction strategies to achieve significant COBM% improvements (5-30% reduction in under a year)
- Operational Infrastructure Improvement:
- Direct infrastructure improvements to boost efficiency, deliver high-quality releases, and reduce systemic quality issues
- Fab, Assembly, and Test Offloads:
- Lead multiple offloads, including the successful bring-up of new process flows and establish clear quality deliverables for process sameness
- Entitlement Cost Analysis and Competitive Solutions:
- Deliver entitlement cost analysis and competitive solutions to meet aggressive pricing needs, directly contributing to securing new business wins and expanding the Total Addressable Market (TAM)
