Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Analyst Application Support– Java team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
What can you expect?
Provide online application, product configuration
Publish daily readiness report to stakeholders
Analyze issues received by incident management portal and provide clarification, solution and workarounds for them
Provide support to business queries including incident tracking and triaging
Communicating SEV1 issues and upcoming production outage notifications to operations management leadership and respective groups
Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines
Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need
