Duties: Conduct highly complex quality assurance tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. Perform technically advanced or in-depth development and execution of test cases. Work closely with Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Development teams on multiple, multi-faceted projects from creation to completion. Solve highly technical and complex problems on multiple projects and provide consultative support to internal staff. Report quality metrics to Senior management. Administer problem management process including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution. Ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
