What We’re Looking For: Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments. Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability. Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents. Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues.
