Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery capability for the Digital Services business unit, ensuring successful and efficient delivery of multiple engagements across an account portfolio.
  • Empower and support Kainos teams to perform well, learn and grow in a manner consistent with company values.
  • Provide oversight and support to Customer Success, investing in client relationships from a delivery perspective as a trusted advisor to address business problems through digital delivery.
  • Strengthen and ensure successful delivery across engagements, contributing to winning new business with existing customers.
  • Take on additional senior management responsibilities for Kainos as required.
  • Manage, coach, and develop senior team members and contribute to the wider community.
  • Drive experimentation and deliver innovative firsts within the organisation.
