MojoTech is seeking a Principal Consultant, Software Engineering to establish and grow our engineering presence in Argentina. This is a unique opportunity for a senior technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with consulting excellence, team leadership, and business acumen. Demonstrated experience with AI‑native software engineering practices is required.
As our first senior hire in Argentina, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a high‑performing engineering team while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will lead architecture and delivery efforts, mentor engineers, support business development activities, and help establish MojoTech as a premier consulting partner throughout the region.
