Owning and creating HTML code for all digital communications and ensure the code is accurate based on design requirements and approvals for the engineering team to complete the journey build of the campaigns Working within in design tools for design build and HTML code (ie Figma, RPI and Litmus) Design visually beautiful and engaging emails that will be sent out to millions of customers, with goal of improving customer engagement metrics like registration, containment, engagement within the digital space Partner collaboratively with engagement strategists, business owners and content strategists to develop the most effective design that aligns with the overarching requirements and digital experience Review design components with design system team, branding partners, accessibility team, and web/mobile product to ensure alignment across design and brand guidelines as we'll as ensuring a holistic design approach within the member journey Work closely with the campaign manager and enginee...
